Village Admin & Sales Team

Supporting residents 7 days a week, from the Village Admin Office in the Leisure Centre, the Village Admin team are available to help with maintenance matters, booking bus trips, or arranging tickets for events. Sue and Kerri are always on hand with a sympathetic ear, time for a chat, or simply a friendly smile. They pride themselves on knowing each resident personally. They will tell you it’s all just part of the way they insist on providing excellent customer service to our residents.

Jessica the Village Manager heads up our Admin Team and is responsible for all village departments. Jessica’s professionalism and experience is second to none. She does a brilliant job of managing the community through her ability to connect with residents and provide excellent customer service. And most deservingly so, Jessica has been recognised with the award of the LASA Retirement Village Manager of the Year in 2018.

Though they’re known as our “Village Sales Team”, you’ll find that Janine and Lyndsay’s real passion is helping people find the ideal retirement lifestyle that suits them now and in the future. They understand that the process of selling the family home and moving into a retirement village – no matter how inviting – can be overwhelming. So, they work hard to make the process as easy as possible. And when it’s time to leave the village, the Village Sales Team are here to support residents and their families with the exiting process, making it as stress-free as possible.

Maintenance, Security and Horticulturalist Team

Our maintenance and security Manager Daniel and his offsider Steve are our dedicated maintenance duo, helping to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff. They’re an integral part of the village, always caring and compassionate to our residents in the unlikely event of an emergency, and of course their maintenance skills ensure that our villas are always in good shape and present no hazards to residents. They also help us preserve the appearance of the village and our community facilities for residents and their friends and family to enjoy.

Renaissance Retirement Living’s beautiful landscaping is all thanks to the efforts of our horticultural team. With his many years of experience, our horticulture manager Chris leads a team of no fewer than 10 qualified horticulturalists – a group that includes two of our longest standing employees.

Chirs and the horticulture team have identified well over 1,392 (and still counting!) different varieties of plants at Renaissance Retirement Living. That number includes more than 135 varieties and colours of hibiscus, and no fewer than 62 different varieties of camelias.

Chris’s team are always delighted to chat to residents about their gardens, as well as getting to know them and just keeping a little eye on how everyone is doing. Even though they are responsible for looking after the gardens of over 300 individual retirement villas, common grounds and natural watercourse area, they always have time for a wave and a smile for our residents!
