Walk through real villas
Not a sales suite - the actual 2-bed, 2-bath villas your parents would live in. Layout, light, finishes, private courtyards.

Contract on the table
Ingoing cost, ongoing fees, exit terms - explained line by line in plain English. No pressure, no glossy brochures.
-
Meet actual residents
Not staff. Real people who'll tell you the unfiltered truth - what they wish they'd known, what surprised them, what to ask.
-
Care + support, if needs change
On-site wellness centre, 24/7 emergency call system, on- and off-site medical. What happens later, not just day one.

Reserve your seatThe questions adult children ask us most.
Can I come without my parents the first time?
Yes - and we'd encourage it. A lot of families scout the village solo, then come back with their parents once they know what's actually here. No awkwardness, no pressure.
How does the contract actually work?
Clearly and in writing. We walk you through ingoing cost, ongoing weekly fees, and exit terms on the day, in plain English. Bring a calculator if you want - the figures hold up.
What happens if Mum or Dad's needs change later?
You don't have to move villages. There's on-site wellness staff, 24/7 emergency call, and we coordinate on- and off-site medical when needs change. We'll explain what that transition actually looks like.
Will I be chased with follow-up calls?
No. We don't call unless you specifically ask us to. The session is information, not a pipeline.
What if my parents don't want to come?
Most families start exactly like that. Come on your own, see the village, talk to residents, then decide whether and how to bring it up at home. We're used to that conversation.
Is it really independent living, not a nursing home?
Yes - residents live in their own private villas, run their own lives, and choose what they want to be part of. On-site support exists for when it's needed, not before.
