Graham Leishman, Executive Director
Graham Leishman has a wealth of business experience having founded numerous enterprises and served on many not-for-profit Boards (currently Opportunity International Australia, SU Queensland, YFC Australia and Ormiston College). Graham is a director of Transit Systems Australia, which employs over 1,650 staff and operates public transport services for the West Australian and South Australian Governments, as well as ferry services to a number of islands in Brisbane's Moreton Bay. He developed his first retirement village in 1976 on NSW's Central Coast when facilities were generally only provided by church groups, and was a co-founding director of the luxury retirement village operator the Manor Group. Graham has a particular interest in design and landscape at Renaissance.
Ross Campbell, Executive Director
Ross Campbell has had an extensive career in civil engineering and property development. After managing the regional office of a large engineering practice he established a civil engineering business in 1981 providing services to developers and local government, which he continues to oversee today. In the early nineties Ross co-founded the luxury retirement village operator the Manor Group, which was sold in 2006 to the AMP Capital / Meridien joint venture. He has also undertaken numerous land and property developments. Ross is a founding director (over 20 years service) of the leading private school, Ormiston College. He has a particular interest in construction and engineering at Renaissance.
Bruce Campbell, Company Secretary and Legal Counsel
Bruce is a lawyer with extensive experience in all areas of commercial legal practice across a range of sectors. His expertise is in acquisitions, capital raisings, joint ventures and managed investments. The majority of his professional working life has been spent as a senior associate, and more recently, consultant with McCullough Robertson. Bruce holds the degree of Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology. Bruce acted as Company Secretary and Legal Counsel for the Manor Group up until its sale in 2006. He is now Company Secretary and Legal Counsel for Renaissance overseeing all of the group's legal matters.
Andrew Carins, General Manager
Andrew Carins has 30 years business experience, primarily in key financial roles across several industries, however his expertise is in property development, construction and retirement villages. Andrew initially joined the Manor Group as its Financial Controller, however following its sale, and the commencement of Renaissance he took on the position of General Manager overseeing the group's operations. Andrew is sits on the Council of Aged Care Queensland. He is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants.
Adam Leishman, Business Development
Adam Leishman has a diverse background spanning investment banking (property), investment management, property development, public transport, accounting and insolvency. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (Grad. Dip ICAA), has a Graduate Certificate in Property Economics (Development Major) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland. He is responsible for acquisitions and new business opportunities at Renaissance.
