The founders of Renaissance have been pioneering retirement communities for over 30 years, the first village dating back to 1976. However 1993 marked the start of the well known Manor Group brand. This successful retirement village business was sold in late 2006. The Victoria Point village was retained from the sale and became the founding village of the new Renaissance brand. Renaissance has since announced the acquisition of an exciting site at Varsity Lakes on Queensland's Gold Coast which will provide affordable luxury for those seeking to live in a vertical retirement living community.
